The Career Center supports the career-related efforts of all students at UIUC and appreciates the diversity of cultures, ethnicities, and identities in our student body.
We support all students from traditionally under-represented groups, including international students, and to this end we have put together these resources that focus on career and grad school interests for these students. We hope you keep these resources at hand to make the transition from school to work (or to more school!) as smooth as possible.

Have questions about these issues, drop us a note in the identity issues bulletin board.
As the 21st century progresses, the direction of workplace diversity continues to be to move away from the inequalities of the past and towards a workforce that truly reflects the makeup of society at large. The Career Center is excited to play an active role in this process, and we take pride in catering to all students equally. If you are interested in participating in a discussion on the subject, please visit our Virtual Advising Board section on identity issues.
